Returns & Exchange

Although it is highly unlikely that you will opt for this but if you do then please note that as per our policy you have the right to exchange your product purchased from www.sockscribe.pk within 2 days of delivery only if the item is defective. Your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags intact. The exchange policy is subject to the below appended conditions.

One time orders & Subscription for you:

If the product is defective you shall be given the option for an exchange of the product for the same or lesser value. If you have received a faulty product we will replace it free of charge with no additional charges. All you have to do is send us an email within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with a picture of the defective piece and explain what the problem is as well. We will ensure that the same is exchanged within 2-5 working days.

Gift subscription and Gift orders

We care about our customers and their loved ones and we ensure that no defective pieces are shipped to your loved ones. If however it does happen we will replace the faulty item within 2-5 working days upon receipt of the recipient’s or your email with a picture of the defect and some detail of it as well.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges if the product has not been opened and returned in the original packaging. We thrive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality so if for any reason you have received a defective product we will work on each submission on a case by case basis to resolve any issue.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between 2-5 working days. Exchanged items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:

  • They must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
  • They must be in their original packaging

How long will it take to process my exchange?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse.

Am I able to process an exchange if I don’t like the product?

At this time we are unable to process exchanges based on that criteria however feel free to contact us before ordering or mention anything additional along with the order that you may want us to keep in mind.

Am I able to exchange a Gift?

Yes, only if the item is defective.
