Returns & Exchange

Although it is highly unlikely that you will opt for this but if you do then please note that as per our policy you have the right to exchange your product purchased from www.sockscribe.pk within 2 days of delivery only if the item is defective. Your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags intact. The exchange policy is subject to the below appended conditions.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges if the product has not been opened and returned in the original packaging. We thrive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality so if for any reason you have received a defective product we will work on each submission on a case by case basis to resolve any issue.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between 2-5 working days. Exchanged items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:

  • They must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
  • They must be in their original packaging

How long will it take to process my exchange?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse.

Am I able to process an exchange if I don’t like the product?

At this time we are unable to process exchanges based on that criteria however feel free to contact us before ordering or mention anything additional along with the order that you may want us to keep in mind.

Am I able to exchange a Gift?

Yes, only if the item is defective.
