Its my first purchase with Sockscribe. Overall very good and nice deisgns. Just would like to share few points for the improvement of product quality as well as services
- After wearing socks for three to four times I noticed some pilling at toe and heel area which seems to be because of poor quality of material. A pair of socks from any branded supplier should not perform like this.
- On the insde I noticed that the complete socks is done with a white thread either polyester or nylon, maybe some thing else and this white thread pops up on front whenever stretched and doesn't look good. Do something to improve on this aspect.
- There are some designs that I want to purchase but these are only available as a set of 5 or 7 pairs of socks. No one will buy 7 pairs as if the need is only for one pair. All designs should also be available on your web page as individual items as well
- Poor or in fact NO response via whatsapp, if you won't like to respond, remove this option from your web page or atleast remove whatsapp contact number
